Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, detect suspicious activity, and comply with applicable financial regulations. bsys does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Transaction records and identity documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure as required by AML regulations. Non-essential data is deleted within 90 days of account termination.
