Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the bsys cryptocurrency trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including individuals, corporate accounts, and API-connected third parties. Continued use of bsys after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted Use
You may use bsys solely for lawful trading, depositing, and withdrawing of digital assets. Any use intended to manipulate markets, launder funds, or circumvent AML/KYC controls is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication device. bsys is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login details.
You must ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and current. Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your jurisdiction is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bsys platform — including the trading interface, logo, data feeds, and written materials — is the exclusive property of bsys or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
bsys is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bsys's total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services
bsys integrates with third-party payment processors, liquidity providers, and compliance tools. These providers operate under their own terms. bsys does not assume responsibility for outages, errors, or policy changes by third parties.
Security Obligations
bsys applies industry-standard security controls including cold storage, multi-signature wallets, and mandatory two-factor authentication. Users must enable 2FA before withdrawing funds. Disabling 2FA without completing the required verification process voids security guarantees.
Your Rights
You have the right to request a full export of your account data, close your account at any time, and raise a formal complaint with bsys's compliance team. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
Changes to Terms
bsys may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting unless they address legal or security requirements, in which case they apply immediately. Effective from January 1, 2026.
